<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a dressing material with uneven portions tuning with a pattern which is realistic and has solid feeling by a method wherein a semi-gelled layer in vinyl chloride resin is formed on a base material, a thermoplastic film have a thermal contraction property, on whose surface heat sensitive patterns are made up, is pasted, and thermic rays are irradiated. CONSTITUTION:A film consisting of plastisol or organosol, which contains vinyl chloride resin and a plasticizer, is formed on a basic material 4, and further semi- gelled by heating, and a semi-gelled layer 3 is made up. A thermoplastic film 1 having a thermal contraction property, on whose surface heat sensitive patterns 2 are built up, is pasted, and a composite base material 5 is formed. When infrared rays 6 are irradiated from at least one side of the composite base material 5, thermal absorption difference is generated between the heat sensitive pattern portions 2 and a non-heat sensitive pattern portion. Thus, concave portions 7 are formed due to the contraction difference of the film, and an uneven dressing material 8 tuning a pattern as an object is obtained. A woody board, such as plywood, etc., a fiberboard, such as hardboard, etc., an inorganic board, such as asbestos slate board, etc., and a metallic plate, such as an aluminum plate, etc. are appropriate as the base material 4.</p> |
