The process includes the steps of: preparing an aluminum-bearing melt of silicon steel; casting the steel; hot rolling the steel; cold rolling the steel; decarburizing the steel; coating the steel with a base coating containing an amide and/or imide of an organic and/or inorganic acid; and final texture annealing the steel.</p> |
