摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent tank breakage at the time of accident in a tank by splitting a plurality of reinforcing beams fixed to the external wall side of the tank wherein the beams are arranged in series and big flexural rigidity is provided to resist to the vacuum external pressure of the tank. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing blocks 9 splitted into plural pieces are longitudinally arranged in series on the external wall side of a transformer tank accomodating a transformer body and insulating oil as well and each reinforcing block 9 facing to the tank 1 is fixed to the external wall side of the tank 1 by welding to compose the reinforcement of longitudinal beams. A reinforcing block 9a locating at the upper end of the tank 1 is rigidly connected to a cover 2 through a reinforcemenet 6 and a coupling 8 fixed by welding. Furthermore, a reinforcing block 9b locating at the lower end of the tank 1 is fixed to a reinforcement 10 for a bottom board by welding. In this way, sufficient flexural rigidity will be provided to vacuum external pressure and tank breakage caused by an increase in internal pressure at the time of accidents in the tank will also be prevented and the secondary accidents will previously be prevented.
