发明名称 OPERATION METHOD FOR PREVENTING FAILURE OF BLAST FURNACE TUYERE
摘要 PURPOSE:To beforehand foresee the danger of tuyere failure and perform smooth operation by measuring the gas utilization rate of the wall part of a blast furnace, the temp. of the furnace wall part and the minimum temp. in the radial direction of the furnace, and controlling the ore-to-coke ratio in the raw materials to be charged to the furnace wall part in such a manner that the temp. difference thereof comes within a set range. CONSTITUTION:The gas utilization rate etaco=CO2/(CO+CO2)X100% of the wall part of a blast furnace, the temp. Tw of the furnace wall part and the min temp. Tmin in the radial direction in the furnace are measured. The operation is so controlled that the temp. difference thereof (Tw-Tmin) is within a set range, that is, the region C in the fugure, whereby always good operation is carried out. Namely, when it is within the region A where tuyere melting occurs, ore is charged to the furnace wall part or coke is charged in the intermediate part of the furnace central part and the furnace wall. If it is in the region B where tuyere bending occurs, ore is charged at the intermediate part between the central part and the furnace wall or coke is charged to the furnace wall part. By these operations, the operation is made always in the region C.
