1. A method of detecting a nucleic acid sequence of interest comprising:
(a) Providing nucleic acids which can comprise the nucleic acid sequence of interest; (b) Providing at least one DNA binding domain capable of binding said nucleic acid sequence of interest; (c) Contacting said nucleic acids with said DNA binding domain; (d) Removing unbound said DNA binding domain and nucleic acids and; (e) Detecting the presence or the absence of the nucleic acid sequence of interest. |
