Pyrrolyl di:alkylamino alkylamide(s) - active as myocardial protection agents against arrhythmias and platelet aggregation

Pyrrole derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new (where R1 = H, lower alkyl, phenyl, or 2-pyridyl; R2 = H or lower alkyl; R3 and R4 = lower alkyl, cycloalkyl or R3NR4 = a mono- or bicyclic heterocycle which may have a second hetero atom and may be substd.; n = 2 or 3). Cpds. (I) are myocardial protection agents active against arythmias and platelet aggregation. The cpds. may be prepd. e.g. by reacting cpds. of formula H2NCH(CONH2)-(CH2)n-NR3R4 with R2COCH2CH2COR2.
