<p>An electric flash device comprises a voltage converter circuit B for converting a direct current voltage to an alternating current voltage, a rectifier C, storage capacitor 22, a flash tube circuit F and trigger signal generating circuit E for triggering the flash tube. The electric flash device further comprises oscillation stop timing control means I and trigger signal control means J. According to the invention power loss is avoided, by stopping oscillation after a set time, and erroneous operation of the flash tube is avoided by the trigger signal control means. <IMAGE></p> |
