PURPOSE:To achieve the display for black-and-white picture and simulated color arbitrarily with easy operation, by arbitrarily selecting a color subcarrier signal and synthesizing it with a luminance signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal converted into a digital signal at an A/D conversion circuit 1 is stored in a data storage circuit 5. A signal read-out from the storage circuit 5 is converted into an analog signal at a D/A conversion circuit 6 and synthesized with a color subcarrier signal from a gate circuit 10 at a synthesis circuit 12. The gate circuit 10 selects either one of color subcarrier signals from a phase shift circuit 9 and outputs it to the synthesis circuit 12. The selection of the color subcarrier is made by a switch circuit 8. |
