In the case of this wall bushing, electrical cables (18) are passed from opposite sides to a separating wall (1), for example a dashboard of a motor vehicle, an opening (4) in the separating wall (1) being covered by a closing device (5) which consists of dielectric material. In order to create a wall bushing for electrical cables (18), which bushing is simple in construction and simple to install and ensures reliable sealing of the engine compartment (2) from the passenger compartment (3), the closing device (5) has connecting elements (12) on both sides, which connecting elements are connected to ends (16, 17) of the cables (18) which are passed through.
