Device to be arranged on or against a vehicle for the distribution of particulate or liquid materials, especially artificial fertilisers and similar substances, which is provided with a plurality of endless trough-shaped conveyor belts covering different distances, arranged one after the other under a container for the material to be distributed in the direction of travel of the vehicle. The trough-shaped cross-section of the conveyor belts is formed by at least two hollow flexible tubes fastened to a flat belt in the longitudinal direction thereof, while according to a preferential embodiment, the lower sides of the endless conveyor belts can be supported by a channel of a lenght which extends past as far as the deflection roller on the outermost end of the conveyor belt. <IMAGE>
