In order to provide a device for cleaning portioners for ice cream, which can be used both in mobile and in stationary operations selling loose ice cream and makes possible in a rapid and simple manner perfect cleaning of a portioner in a hygienic manner, it is proposed according to the invention that the device has at least one housing (1), in which there is situated at least one upwardly directed, freely projecting nozzle head (12) which is connected to a rinsing-water source (9) via a pipe (10) and has an opening (3), the lower edge of which and a stop (7) provided in the region behind the nozzle head (12) being designed as supports for the portioners (4). The stop (7) is arranged in the housing (1) in such a manner that, when the portioners (4) are supported, their cups (6) which receive the ice cream are situated in the spraying region of the nozzle head (12). A further nozzle head (13) is arranged above the nozzle head (12) at a distance from the latter and is connected via a pipe (11) to the rinsing-water source (9), the distance between the two nozzle heads (12, 13) being dimensioned in such a manner that the cups (6), which receive the ice cream, of the portioners (4) can be introduced between the heads with ample clearance. <IMAGE>
