The support 10 according to the invention comprises at the lower part a musical source 30, and at the upper part a housing 11 capable of receiving the base of a feeding-bottle 20 and of solidly attaching the latter to the support. This solid attachment is produced preferably in a way which is separable, for example by pressing the two elements together, or by screwing.
