The invention relates to a heat exchanger, especially to a solar energy collector having, on the one hand, means for collecting and absorbing solar radiation and, on the other hand, a circulating fluid to be heated or preheated passing through a duct of thermoconducting material arranged in the shape of a serpentine coil. This heat exchanger is characterised in that it comprises, for the circulation of the fluid to be heated or preheated, a tube made of a thermoconducting elastomer material 2 composed of rectilinear portions 3, 4, 5, 6 pushed into segments of thermoconducting rigid metal profiled parts 10, 11, 12, 13 securely fixed to the solar radiation collecting and absorbing means, and of visible elbowed portions 7, 8, 9 emerging on either side of the ends 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 of the segments of rigid metal profiled parts 10, 11, 12, 13.
