A control unit 100, fixed to a door 10, houses a plurality of magnets M1, M3, M5 distributed in a predetermined geometric arrangement. A detector unit 200, mounted on the door frame 20 opposite the control unit, has as a plurality of detectors K1, K3, K5 distributed in the same geometric arrangement as that of the magnets of the control unit. Detectors K2, K6 are further provided, which are sensitive to the absence of magnets at the corresponding site of the control block. Thus there is available a set of two units matched according to a characteristic "combination", different from one version to the other, and protected against any attempt at fraud by bringing up an external magnet intended to exert a magnetic field during opening of the door. <IMAGE>
