PURPOSE:To discriminate an input waveform which falls slowly by making a time constant of an integration circuit large, and also providing a discharging circuit of a capacitor, in a discriminating system for comparing an input pulse signal and an integral output of this signal. CONSTITUTION:An input pulse signal is level-shifted by a level shifting circuit 2, and shaped by a peak rectifying circuit 5. Also, it is discriminated by a reference power source 9 in the first discriminator 3, and discriminated by an output of the peak rectifying circuit 5 in the second discriminator 4. Output of the first discriminator 3 and the second discriminator 4 are outputted through an AND gate 7. When the output of the first discriminator 3 is varied to ''0'' from ''1'', a charged voltage of a capacitor C1 of the peak rectifying circuit 5 is discharged by an output of a resetting circuit 11. Subsequently, an input waveform which falls slowly can be discriminated without exerting an influence on a discrimination of the input pulse signal.
