The invention relates to a cutter head (1) for an excavating device comprising a blade (10-10"). The blade has a recess (12-12") and around the recess an axial supporting surface (19, 19'). A tool holder (13-13 ") carrying a tool (14-14") has a holder shaft (15) that is seated in the recess (12-12"). A transverse head (16) of the tool holder engages with the axial supporting surface (19, 19'). The tool holder is attached to the blade via a clamping device (20) attached to the blade (10-10") at or near the axial supporting surface (19,19') and clampingly engages with the transverse head (16) to press the contact surface ( 18, 18') of the transverse head ( 16) against the axial supporting surface (19, 19'). The shaft (15) is pressed against radial liners (31,31 ') and via a bush (33) against a lower end (32) of the recess (12), which may be tapered. |
