A blowing device according to an exemplary mode of embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a rotor including a shaft which extends vertically; a stator located on the radially outer side of the rotor; a cylindrical housing which accommodates the rotor and the stator and which extends in an axial direction; and an impeller which is attached to a shaft, above the stator. The stator includes: an annular core back portion; a plurality of tooth portions which extend radially inward from the core back portion; an insulator which covers at least part of the tooth portions; coils which are wound around each of the tooth portions, with the interposition of the insulator; and a flow path forming member at least part of which is located radially inward of the core back portion. The housing includes through-holes which open on the inside of the housing, and the flow path forming member joins together either the insulator or part of the coil on one side in the circumferential direction with the insulator or part of the coil on another side in the circumferential direction, to form a flow path which passes on the radially inward side of the core back portion. The flow path is joined to the through-holes in the housing. |
