Meanwhile, the platform is provided with rigidity and frequency adjusting mechanisms and a variable damper, such that the micro-motion platform can transmit the movement of a macro-motion platform under any frequency, the vibration is isolated, and high-precision displacement compensation is realized. Meanwhile, the damping magnitude of the variable damper matches rigidity frequency parameters, high-precision displacement compensation under any frequency is guaranteed, and the work frequency range is expanded.
