PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ticket machine and a ticketing system capable of efficiently issuing a ticket.SOLUTION: The ticket machine includes: an acquisition section; a determination section; a first issuing section; and a second issuing section. The acquisition section acquires a piece of route information representing a route. The determination section determines an available segment based on the route represented by the route information acquired by the acquisition section. The first issuing section issues a ticket corresponding to the available segment determined by the determination section.
