A wire 27 is fed and flux is lowered and the welding is performed while rotating the throw. The slag produced at the time of welding is eliminated by air jetted from the air chipper 51 and slag inclusion defects are solved. After the welding, in the case it is necessary to cut the reinforcement of weld, a cutting tool 54 is fitted and the reinforcement of weld is cut while rotating the crankshaft throw.
