PURPOSE:To improve the strength in sticking disk substrates which have recording film layers consisting of org. dye films by washing away and removing, by a solvent, the recording film layers existing in the parts of said substrates which face a spacer and are used as adhering parts prior to a stage for sticking the disk substrates to each other. CONSTITUTION:The disk substrates 1 provided with the recording film layer 3 is set on a turn table 6 by positioning the recording film layer 3 to face upward. The turn table 6 is then rotated and solvent flow 7 from a solvent outflow pipe 8 is flushed to the part corresponding to the adhering part of the substrate 1 at the time of sticking two sheets of the substrates to each other, i.e., the outside circumferential end part of the disk substrate to wash away the recording film layer 3 existing in this part. As a result, the recording film layer 3 of the org. dye film existing in the outside circumferential end part of the substrate, which part corresponds to the adhering part of the substrate 1, is removed. The spacer and the substrate 1 are thereby directly adhered and the adhesive power of the sufficient structure is obtd. without generating exfoliation.
