Said phases or said liposomes contain, at least in part, tyrosine or a tyrosine derivative, such as a salt or an ester. Said composition is useful for the preparation of cosmetic or pharmaceutical compositions, in particular dermatological compositions, in particular for promoting tanning of the skin, improving the complexion or slowing down the formation of grey hairs.
