The circuit for reducing the no-load loss and power consumtion includes a constant voltage circuit with a Zener diode. The circuit comprises a power circuit (1) connected to a flow sensor (FS) and a humidity sensor (HS) in series, an A/D converter (2) having a condenser (C3) for rectifying the power voltage, a power conveter (3) for supplying constant voltage to the inner circuits even the iuput power voltage is 100V or 200V, and an oscillator (4) having an oscillating circuit (HU) and a ceramic vibrator (TU). |
