摘要

In a magnetic recording medium forming a magnetic layer on a non- magnetic supporter through an under coating layer, the magnetic recording medium comprises the undercoating layer which contains a thermosetting type polyurethane resin and a thermosetting type polyester resin with a phosphoric ester antistatic agent. The magnetic recording medium has excellent packing density of the magnetic powder and the durability of the magnetic layer as well as in magnetic characteristics.
