<p>This invention provides a molecule comprising cyclosporine A or a congener of cyclosporine A which is photochemically attached to a ligand containing a reactive group. This invention also provides a composition of matter which comprises a conjugate of a compound and the aforementioned molecule wherein the compound is bound to the molecule through the reactive group. This invention further provides an antibody directed to the aforementioned composition of matter specific for cyclosporine A or congener of cyclosporine A. Finally, this invention provides a method of monitoring levels of cyclosporine A or congener of cyclosporine A in a subject.</p> |
