PS/5-17484/+ Agents for protecting plants against diseases The invention relates to novel N-(cyanomethyl)-benzo-1,2,3-thiadiazole-7-carboxa mides of the formula I (I) in which: X1 and X2 independently of one another are hydrogen or 1 to 3 halogen; R is hydrogen, C1-C4alkyl, C3-Csalkenyl or SRI; R1 is C1-C3alkyl which is substituted by 3 to 6 fluorine or chlorine; R2 is C1-C4alkyl, or is C1-C5alkyl which is interrupted by oxygen, or is C1-C6alkoxy, or is C1-C3alkyl which is substituted by 1 to 3 halogen, or is substituted C2-C3alkoxy, or is C1-C6alkylthio, or is furyl or thienyl, each of which is bonded in the 2or 3-position, or is furyl or thienyl, each of which is substituted by 1 to 3 halogen and bonded in the 2- or 3-position; and R3 is hydrogen or C1-C4alkyl. Such compounds, by themselves or in the form of formulated agents, can be used for protecting plants against harmful microorganisms.
