The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a polarizing-plate protecting film that has high surface hardness and that has superior dimensional stability and haze stability even when placed in a high-temperature environment; a polarizing plate provided with the polarizing-plate protecting film and a liquid crystal display device; and a method for manufacturing the polarizing-plate protecting film.
