<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a winding core support device from oscillating and to sustain the contact pressure between a touch roller and a winding roll always at a desired value, by providing the winding core support device, the touch roller, an interval adjusting bed, a drive device and a control device therefor. CONSTITUTION:A winding core 28 having a length equal to the width of a cut web CW is mounted on a winding core support device 30, and the base 40 of the support device 30 slides on an interval adjusting bed 42 in order to move the support device 30 in parallel with the longitudinal axis passing through the center of the winding core 28. Further, a drive device 44 is arranged at a desired position in the support device 30, and the output shaft of the drive device 44 is linked to the winding core 28 through the intermediary of a power transmission mechanism. Further, the drive device 30 gradually moves in the direction of the arrow A as the diameter of a roll R is more and more increased by winding the web CW onto the winding core 28, and accordingly, it holds always the contact between a touch roller 26 and the roll R with a predetermined contact pressure while the position of the touch roller 26 is maintained to be substantially constant. Since no oscillating part is provided in this support device 30, no vibration is effected in this support device and the like.</p> |
