A soybean curd is prepd. by (a) putting 300 mesh or less soybean powder into hopper (1) and filling water into water supplying tank (3), (b) mixing soybean powder and water in the pulverizer (2), (c) heating the mixt. in the heating tank (4) and filtering out the impurities in the filter (5), and (d) coagulating and forming the filtrate to obtain the final product.
