PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a foamed body having no difference on both sides, by a method wherein a net body of a glass fiber impregnated with fluorine resin or silicone resin for coating and fired is used as an endless belt for conveyance of a foamable resin composition sheet within a preheating sphere. CONSTITUTION:A heating and foaming device of a polyolefin crosslinked foam is constituted of a preheating sphere 1 raising a temperature of a foamed material resin composition sheet 5 up to a temperature directly before starting of foaming and a foaming sphere 2 where an atmospheric temperature has become at least a decomposition temperature and the foaming is performed. The preheating sphere is made into structure where the sheet 5 is held by an endless belt 4 and heating is performed by hot air from the upper and lower part heating devices 3 while conveying the sheet 5. Hereupon, the title foam is constituted by making use of a net body which is comprised of a base fired at a high temperature and possesses 2.5-10 meshes by impregnating sufficiently woven fabric of a glass fiber as an endless belt 4 with fluorine resin or silicone resin for coating. With this construction, peeling properties of the sheet 5 is improved and both sides of the sheet 5 is made heatable simultaneously. |
