PURPOSE:To certainly prevent the clogging of a drain pipe or a sewer and to effectively reutilize recovered waste as org. fertilizer by recovering the food waste in the waste water discharged from a kitchen water tank. CONSTITUTION:A grinding machine 20 grinding food waste in waste water is provided to the lower part of a kitchen water tank 10 and the dehydrator 25 recovering the food waste after grinding discharged from the grinding machine 20 in a dehydrated state is provided. Only the waste water passed through the dehydrator 25 is guided to a drain pipe 22.
