A judging means judges whether an air conditioner 64 driven by the output of the engine 10 is in operation or not, and in the case of an operating state, a correction factor correcting means corrects the correction factor Qc/Qm to make an upshift difficult for controlling an automatic speed change gear 68 through a speed change controlling means.
