<p>PURPOSE:To allow burying work to be efficiently executed of two or more heat insulating circuits utilizing heat by internally mounting a through holed heat insulating material of two or more small bore inner pipes to the inside of a large bore outer pipe to be laid and connected in an open cut groove thereafter inserting and connecting the small bore inner pipe into a through hole. CONSTITUTION:In a plant, a large bore outer pipe 1 is charged in its inside with a heat insulating material 2 of urethane, styrene, etc., and the heat insulating material 2 is left as forming in its inside a small bore inner pipe through hole 4 for inserting a small bore inner pipe 3. Here for charging the pipe 1 with the heat insulating material 2, the large bore outer pipe 1 is blinded by plates 5, improving seal performance by tightening a part between both the plates 5, 5 supporting and closing by their both ends a core 8, and the pipe 1 is charged with the heat insulating material 2 foaming of urethane, styrene resin, etc. from a filling hole 9. Next the large bore outer pipe, charged with the heat insulating material, is hung down in an opening groove of laying spot by heavy machinery and closely connected after the two or more small bore inner pipe through holes 4 are aligned in their center. Thus after the large bore outer pipe, charged with the heat insulating material, is laid and connected in a fixed section, the execution is performed by continuously inserting the small bore inner pipe 3 into the small bore inner pipe through hole 4.</p> |
