PURPOSE:To realize the mail delivery system in which mail is delivered at a delivery time desired by the service user by preventing a delay of a mail at a delayed delivery time when plural mails whose delivery times are slightly different to a same destination. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a delivery reservation information storage section 2, a delivery means 6 delivering a mail whose time reaches a delivery time from the mails stored in the delivery reservation information storage section 2, a delivery time statistic section 4 measuring the time required for the delivery and calculating a mean access time of a sender side subscriber of the mail, a mean access time storage section 3 storing the mean access time calculated by the delivery time statistic section 4 for each delivery destination of the sender side subscriber and a delivery management means 5 always monitoring the delivery reservation information storage section 2, detecting the mail whose time reaches the delivery time, sending a start instruction to the delivery means 6 to deliver a mail.
