PURPOSE:To restrain linear expansion generated at the time of heating when a light source is put on, by attaching a material with a small coefficient of linear expansion onto a part of the top of a reflector made of thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:As a material with a small coefficient of linear expansion 5 there is such ones as Al alloy plate, stainless plate, cupper plate and synthetic resin plate with an excellent heat conductive characteristic, and it is embedded or bonded with an adhesive agent. These kinds of material 5 serve to restrain linear expansion of a reflector when it is heated. |
