PURPOSE:To insert and extract a linear member such as an electric wire into and from a hollow section easily when a working part such as a lamp is installed to a synthetic resin blow molding for a vehicle such as an air spoiler and the linear member is connected to the working part through the hollow section. CONSTITUTION:Opening sections 9, 10 for inserting and extracting a linear member 8 are formed near a fixing section 5 for fixing a molded form body 3 to a car body 4 and a working-part mounting section in the molded form body 3, the wall surface of the molded form body is deformed to the hollow section 2 side or the outside so as to tie the opening sections, and a guide section 12 for guiding the linear member is formed.
