摘要

PURPOSE:To ensure the thickness of a bottom wall as a strength request area in a molded body made of fiber reinforced synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A molding sheet 61 having assembled reinforcing fibers and synthetic resin liquid with which the reinforcing fibers are impregnated and having a central area R1 corresponding to a bottom wall 4 of a molded body 11 an being thicker than a peripheral area R2 is stuck with pressure to a molded face 9a of a female mold 8 by vacuum molding method so as to perform pattern processing, and the synthetic resin liquid is cured so that the molded body 11 is obtained.
