<p>Compounds are provided which are crossreactive with peptides such as those bound by G-protein-linked receptors, together with preparative and therapeutic methods therefor. In certain embodiments, 4-deoxy, 6-alkylamino glucopyranosides are prepared by coupling a protected, 4-deoxy, 6-hydroxy glucopyranoside with a protected alkylamine and then removing the alkylamine protecting group.</p> |
