<p>PURPOSE:To provide plural address spaces on one IC memory card which can store plural data and programs in the same address by providing one IC memory card with plural address spaces. CONSTITUTION:The output signals of AND circuits 15 and 16 which input the address signal (a) from a connector 11, the output signal (d) of a decoder 12 decoding a control signal (b), and the signals from terminals 17a and 17b of a manual switch 17 grounded through a pull-down resistance 18 are supplied as chip select signals of IC memories 13 and 14 respectively. The same address numbers of the IC memories 13 and 14 can be accessed by switching the manual switch 17 and one IC memory card can be provided with plural address spaces. Further, when another IC memory which inputs the other side output signal of the decoder 12 where the AND circuits 15 and 16 are not connected as a chip select signal is provided, parts which are common in address and function in the independent address spaces can be used in common.</p> |
