PURPOSE:To obtain a DNA coding a human big endothelin being readily mass- producible by a genetic engineering technique and a recombinant vector in which the DNA is integrated. CONSTITUTION:The objective DNA coding a human big endothelin I and the objective recombinant vector in which the DNA is integrated. The human big endothelin I which is a protein consisting of 38 constituent amino acids can be mass-produced using this recombinant vector. |
