PURPOSE:To realize a manufacturing jig for positioning a green sheet to effectively align when a board is transferred for the next step when a multilayer circuit ceramic board is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A frame 11 for joining a green sheet having a V-shaped groove 18 or an inverted triangular hole at a predetermined place on an outer periphery, and two pushing shafts 12, 13 for pushing the frame 11 to position it are provided at a ceramic green sheet positioning jig. The frame of the jig and the shafts are butted to position the sheet. Thus, the effect of reducing misalignment in the steps of forming a through hole, charging conductor paste and wiring pattern and laminating is provided. Further, the effect of providing higher strength of the inverted triangular hole type than that of the V-shaped groove type is obtained. |
