PURPOSE: To use high pressure in the pressure sending of a coating material into a mold without complicating an apparatus by injecting the coating material into the chamber opened toward the interior of the mold through an injection conduit to send the same into the mold under pressure by a piston at a time when a molded product is coated with the coating material before taken out of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A product 1 is molded by molds 2, 3. The upper mold 2 is equipped with a cylindrical chamber 6 having the opening 7 communicating with the mold 2 and an axial line D. The chamber 6 is equipped with a cylindrical injection conduit 14 traversing the axial line D to be opened toward the chamber 6 and a coating material comprising a mixture of components A, B is injected into the chamber 6 by the injection conduit 14. The components A, B are supplied through the orifices 21, 22 opened to the injection conduit 14 by metering pumps 27, 28. The pressure of the metering pumps 27, 28 is set, for example, to an order of 15 MPa. A piston is attached within the chamber 6 so as to move in parallel to the axial line D and an operation means (hydraulic jack) 42 is connected to the piston 38 to send the coating material into the molds 2, 3, for example, under pressure of an order of 70 MPa. |
