Disclosed is an identity-based data processing method. The method comprises: when receiving update information about a telephone number corresponding to an identity uploaded by a client, binding an updated telephone number with the identity; and pushing the updated telephone number and the identity to a client corresponding to the other identities associated with the identity, wherein the client corresponding to the other identities uses the received telephone number and identity to update a stored telephone number, and uses the telephone number corresponding to the identity to communicate when a communication request triggered based on the identity is received. Also disclosed is an identity-based data processing device. The solution solves the problem of not timely updating a telephone number. |
