Eight species of Eimeria causing hen coccidosis were isolated and used for manufacturing of vaccine. The protozoa were inoculated to 2.5 % of potassium dichloromate solution and incubated at 25-30 deg.C for 14-36 hrs with aeration. The protozoa were mixed with potassium dichloromate solution or chlorkalk solution, and diluted with water. The diluted solution was used as vaccine for hen coccidiosis.
