PURPOSE:To enable to maintain the sterile state of the device and simultaneously quantitatively, simply and fractionally inject an injection liquid. CONSTITUTION:The device is characterized by connecting the sucking or exhausting port 143 of an electric pump 14 capable of being switched into the suction or exhaustion to the upper part of the measuring cylinder 6 through a connecting member 7, connecting the opening part 13 of a tee connector 8 to the lower part of the measuring cylinder 6, the tee connector having an introduction part 11 permitting only the introduction of a liquid, a discharging part 12 permitting only the discharge of the liquid, and an opening part 13 freely permitting both the introduction and the discharge, and further connecting an injection liquid-introducing tube 4 to the introduction part 11.
