COOLING COIL SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION FOR COIL SHAPED HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To obtain a cooling coil support structure of a coil shaped heat exchanger which assures a simple assembly, higher reliability and stable heat exchanging performance. CONSTITUTION:In a coil-shaped heat exchanger, a cooling coil 2 wound with a pipe 21 in a coil is housed into a shell 1 while a coil support device 6 is arranged being scattered alone a surrounding area of the cooling coil. Comb- shaped spacers 61 are arranged being bulged sideways at a fixed pitch interval along the longitudinal direction of the coil support device and cut in between turns of the cooling coil to hold a specified pitch interval G between the coil turns of the cooling coil 2. The cooling coil 2 is regulated with the coil support device 6 to specified diameter dimensions D1 and D2.
