LOW OXYGEN MIXED GAS GENERATOR

PURPOSE: To enable a stable supply of hypoxia mixing gas of a specific value of oxygen concentration. CONSTITUTION: A compressor 1 compresses normal pressure air in the air and supplies it for an oxygen separation part 3. The oxygen separation part 3 has a hollow string shaped membrane element 5 composed of polymethyl-4-penten. The membrane element 5 sets an outer diameter D and a membrane thicknessδso as to be that a ratio of an outer diameter D to membrane thicknessδ(D/δ) is 2 to 30. The oxygen separating part 3 filters the oxygen out from the compressed air flowing to pass inside the membrane element 5 and outputs the hypoxia mixing gas to a leading out tube 7. A pressure controlling part 9 provided on the way of the leading out tube 7 is a control valve controlling the amount of flowing out. The pressure controlling part 9 lowers the pressure of the compressed air flowing to pass through the oxygen separating part 3 by opening the valve while raises the pressure by closing the valve to raise the filtering rate of the oxygen resulting to control the oxygen concentration in a wide range.
