PRODUCTION OF CELLULOSIC SUBSTANCE OF MICROORGANISM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a method for improving a method for producing a cellulosic substance of microorganism by a microorganism belonging to the genus Acetobacter and having ability producing the cellulosic substance of microorganism. CONSTITUTION:In a method for producing and accumulating a cellulosic substance of microorganism by inoculating a microorganism belonging to the genus Acetobacter and having ability capable of producing the cellulosic substance of microorganism into a cellulosic substance producing medium and then culturing the microorganism, a protein having affinity to the cellulosic substance of microorganism is added to the medium or a microorganism introducing a gene capable of producing the protein having affinity to the cellulosic substance of microorganism in the medium therein and having ability capable of producing the cellulosic substance is used to improve production efficiency of cellulosic substance of microorganism.
