PURPOSE: To provide a medicinal compsn. which contains cyclosporin, is in a prethickened form for oral medication and has high biological utilizatability and low inter-object and intra-object changeability. CONSTITUTION: This medicinal compsn. is in the prethickened form of an emulsion and contains the cyclosporin in a carrier medium. This carrier medium contains 1) a hydrophilic org. solvent, 2) (a) mixed mono-, di- and triglyceride or (b) ester exchanged and polyethoxylated vegetable oil as well as 3) a polyoxyethylene-sorbitan fatty acid ester surfactant.
