The control circuit controlling the VCR from one of the television sets which are connected to the VCR via RF cable comprises a remote control receiver (10) receiving the control signal; a microprocessor (20) controlling the TV set and separating VCR control signal; a signal generator (100B) modulating the VCR control signal to transmit via the RF cable; a band pass filter (50) processing the modulated RF signal; a rectifing circuit (60) converting the output signal of the filter (50) into DC voltage; an A/D converter (70) converting the DC voltage into digital data; a microprocessor (80) controlling the VCR according to the received data.
